The hydraulic winch is designed for pulling - lifting rope, retention in a hanging position, and a controlled sprinkling.
The hydraulic motor has been chosen in order to supply the highest mechanical efficiency, a large
starting torque and low speed characteristic. Over-center valve to be directly equipped on the motor.
Brake, planetary gear reducer is installed directly in the drum.
Drums, supporting shaft with bearing and side frames are designed and manufactured according to
mechanical principles as a simple overall structure with sufficient strength and rigidity.
By starting rotation hydraulic motor (in one or the other side) across a planetary gear unit realized rotation drum winding rope - lifting or unwinding rope - lowering the cargo. Over-center valve controls the descent speed. Idle the drum braked and unlocking takes place at the same time with the starting of rotation of the motor.
Winches will be produced in several different sizes of drum, with different values of the pulling force, and with fixed or variable speed revolution
SALPA ANCORE CON FRENO IDRAULICO
The hydraulic anchor winch is designed for pulling - lifting anchor by rope, and unwrapping rope anchor.
The hydraulic motor is mounted on the side frame so that the output shaft directly rotates the drum. By-pass valve is fitted directly on hydro motor.
Startup rotation hydraulic motor (in one way or the other) is realized rotation drum winding rope - lifting anchors or unwrapping rope - lowering the anchor. By-pass valve allows freely unwrapping rope - releasing the anchor.
On the winch is mounted several different size hydraulic motor, so as to achieved different sizes of pulling force

The shell cleaning machine operates in the following way: Shells from the slide are inserted into the drum (in upper position) with open doors. Doors are closed and then the drum is lowered into the lower position – into the tank with seawater. The drum rotation is turned on and the shell cleaning begins. After the cleaning is over the drum is lifted into upper position, doors opened and the shells fall out onto the slide to go to further treatment.
